Giving Back!!!

HOW? Jewelry is not only a company that sells beautiful handmade jewelry it is also a company that “gives back”.  Since the beginning we have committed a portion of all profits to be re-invested into different programs or projects that will improve the lives of women and children.  

Several years ago a piece of land was donated a few hours outside of Nairobi Kenya.  With profits from HOW? Jewelry we were able to build the first H.O.W? Jewelry Center.  Today this is where the women come together to encourage one another and to make the jewelry.

Currently a portion of HOW? Jewelry profits are donated to Heart for Africa and are going toward starting and developing a new program in Swaziland Africa .  We plan to build a HOW? Sewing Center on a piece of land owned by Heart for Africa called Project Canaan, we will  begin teaching women how to sew purses and handbags.  We will then sell the items back in North America through our website and home parties.  Our mission and focus will be the same in Swaziland as it is in Kenya, to come alongside and invest in the lives of women and children by creating employment opportunities, raising awareness and uniting women in Africa with women in North America.
